Attention Matters of The Vertical Hydrapulper

1. Before operation, check and clean up the debris in the equipment, check whether there are obstacles around the transmission, and check whether all safety covers are installed.
2. When starting up, sealing water is allowed to drip freely from the packing. Excessive leakage of sealing water in the first hour of startup can extend the service life of the packing. Gradually tighten the cap until the leakage reaches the allowable minimum value. Do not allow it to leak. No leaks at all.
3. One hour after starting the machine, check whether the bearings are overheated, whether the rotation is stable, and whether the sound is normal. If there are no abnormalities, test operation with water can be carried out, and check whether there is water leakage at the joints of each valve and flange.
