The rotor of the Reject Separator is supported by bearing seats at both ends of the casing. The housing cover is easy to disassemble for easy access to internal components. The rotor or screen plate can be accessed without removing the inlet pipe and pulley. The cover is equipped with a baffle to prevent axial backflow of the slurry, and the rotor pushes the slurry forward.
The good pulp outlet tank and the slag discharge tank are both part of the overall structure. The good pulp tank is used to collect filtrate, and its design increases the strength of the equipment. The slag chute is located on the leg opposite the end of the inlet.

The perforated sieve plate is semi-cylindrical. The screen plate is fixed to the shell with bolts.
