Single effect fiber separator …

Single effect fiber separator is a pulp making equipment used in the paper industry, mainly used to separate light and heavy impurities in pulp and perform secondary crushing on pulp from hydrapulper.

The body of the single effect fiber separator is simply divided into two parts: the tank body and the slag remover, which are connected by a heavy debris discharge pipe.
The impeller rotates near the sieve plate inside the tank, and the pulp enters tangentially through the pulp inlet pipe (near the sieve plate), forming a vortex in the tank. The light debris discharge pipe is set at the center of the front cover of the tank. At the front end of the tank, the heavy debris discharge pipe opens along the tangential direction of the tank, allowing for smooth discharge of heavy debris.

The single effect fiber separator has the advantages of high production efficiency and low power consumption. If you want to learn more detailed information about pulp making machine. You can send an email for consultation: wastepapermachine@gmail.com
