The hydrapurger is used after the sediment well. During the crushing process of the pulper, the pulp containing coarse, light and heavy impurities gathers in the sediment well and overflows into the hydrapurger. Under the action of its rotor, the good pulp passes through the sieve plate and enters the bottom process. Coarse debris remains in the hydrapurger, and is discharged after regular flushing and pressure-feeding to the drum screen for dehydration.
