Main Structure of The Vertical Hydrapulper

1. It consists of main components such as tank body, rotor device, legs, driving mechanism and motor.
2. The “O”-shaped tank body is welded by steel plates. There is channel steel on the outside of the upper opening to reinforce the tank body. There is a guide plate at the bottom of the inner cone to promote the pulp to reflow and form a circulation. There is a rectangular interface at the bottom of the tank for the discharge of impurities.
3. The rotor and pulp outlet plate are higher than the bottom plane of the pulper tank, forming a low-pressure flow area around the rotor to collect heavy impurities.
4. The legs are welded from steel plates and used to support the tank body and rotor device.
