Working Principle about The Double Disc Refiner

1. Pulp goes into the Double Disc Refiner shell through the Double Disc Refiner inlet pipe, and then evenly divided into two grinding areas. The clearance between the two grinding areas can be adjusted under the axial sliding action of the turntable.
2. Pulp from the inside to the outside through the disc grinding clearance, and the refining will be achieved in the Double Disc Refiner between the fixed disc grinding and moving disc grinding.
3. Double Disc Refiner are with two outlets, the pulp after the grinding will be discharged from the Double Disc Refiner through the two outlets, and then go into the next process; Single outlet Double Disc Refiner, the pulp after the grinding will be discharged from the Double Disc Refiner through the one outlet, and then go into the next process.
