Working Principle about The Flotation Deinking Machine

The pulp enters the non-clogging jet distributor under a certain pulp pressure through a pump, and the air taken in the distributor is dispersed into flotation bubbles with the optimal diameter and is fully mixed with the pulp to tangent the flow enters the first-stage flotation unit, and the ink absorbed on the air bubbles floats on the liquid surface with the air bubbles, enters the ink temporary storage tank under a certain pressure, and is then concentrated and discharged out of the equipment under a certain pressure. After the flotation, the pulp enters a specially designed degassing chamber with a reasonable shape. After the data is fully degassed, it enters the secondary flotation unit, and so on.
