Working Principle about the Reject Separator

The pulp is transported into the Reject Separator through pipelines and there is a high-speed rotating rotor in the middle of the lower shell. When the rotor is running, the stirring blades and cleaning plates will impact the incoming tail pulp multiple times to separate the fibers and plastic impurities. After being filtered out through the screen plate below, the plastic impurities will be discharged to the discharge port in sequence, completing the pulp and slag separation.
