1. It is a device that continuously screen pulp under pressure in a completely seal condition. During operation, the pulp enters the separation chamber on the upper part of the pressure screen from the pulp inlet pipe along the tangential direction. The heavier impurities are separated under the action of centrifugal force, settle in the heavy slag chest and are discharged from the heavy slag port.
2. The pulp overflow through the circular weir plate and enter the screening area between the screen drum and the rotor. The qualified fiber are discharged from the good pulp port through the screen drum; the unqualified fiber continue to move downward and are discharged from the bottom of the cylinder. Discharge the slag pipe.
3. There is a dilution water pipe opposite the slag discharge port to adjust the tail pulp concentration. There are many raised blades on the surface of the high-speed rotating drum inside the screen drum. When rotating, each blade generates negative pressure, thereby purifying the screen drum and preventing it from clogging the screen drum.
