Low Density Cleaner Structure

1. It is composed of the upper section of the cylinder with tangential inlet, the outlet of the good pulp and inserted into the exhaust pipe, the middle section of the conical separation pipe and the lower section of the nozzle or the slag discharge controller.
2. The low density cleaner is a hydraulic cyclone. The pulp of a certain pressure is fed into the inlet along the tangential direction, and the high-speed eddy current movement is made in the conical separation tube of the cylinder.
3. The eddy current near the wall of the separation tube is directed to the end of the cone, and the heavy impurities in the pulp are thrown to the wall of the separator and discharged from the lower nozzle or slag discharge controller. The accept pulp gathers to the center of the separation tube to form the main pulp flow.
