1. Before starting the machine, check whether there are any debris inside the machine. Turn the rotor by hand to rotate easily.
2. Start the motor, and the pulp flow rate should be increased slowly to prevent clogging of the screen drum. The pulp concentration should be increased slowly to avoid exceeding the required concentration range.
3. The pressure of the mechanical seal cooling water should be 0.05MPa higher than the inlet pressure, the flow rate should be 2-5L/min, and the discharge water temperature should not be higher than 60°C.
