Working Principle Of Hydrapurger

Due to the presence of weir plates inside the separator, heavy impurities deposit at the bottom, and the pulp and light impurities enter the circulation area for further screening.
When the impeller rotates, the pulp is sucked in axially and sprayed out at high speed from the periphery of the impeller, thus enhancing the turbulent circulation.
By adjusting the gap between the weir plate, impeller, and sieve plate, the quality of the pulp can be controlled.
