Construction Of Fourdrinier Paper Machine

1. The forming part, commonly referred to as the wet part, is the place where the fiber pulp filters out the fluid (continuous fabric ring) to form a wet fiber web.
2. In the pressing part, the wet fiber web is passed between large rollers under high pressure to squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
3. In the drying part, the compressed paper is partially wrapped in a serpentine manner around a series of steam heated drying cylinders.
4. The calendering part, flattens dry paper under high load and pressure.
