Working Principle about The High Density Cleaner

The pulp enters the cleaner along the tangential direction under pressure, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is used as power to cause the pulp to spiral along the cone to generate centrifugal force, so that the heavy impurities in the pulp are thrown upward to the inner surface of the cone under the action of centrifugal force. It naturally moves downward by gravity, and the accept pulp is discharged from the upper outlet in the middle. Heavy impurities and part of the fibers sink to the lower cone, and are washed with high-pressure backwash water to make the fibers float to the upper cone. The heavy impurities sink to the slag tank.
