Working Principle Of High Density Cleaner

The pulp tangents into the cavity between the cylinder and the sieve drum, and the qualified fibers in the pulp flow through the sieve hole (or sieve joint) and discharge from the pulp outlet at the lower part by the pressure difference on both sides of the sieve drum.
The pulp residue left outside the screen drum is removed through the tail slag opening under the pulp pressure and the rotor. The high-speed rotation of the rotor has a self-cleaning effect on the screen bulge.
