Operation Of Vertical Hydrapulper

1. The Volx impeller is used. When the impeller is rotating, the pulp is thrown from the outside of the impeller at a high speed, and a suction head is generated at the impeller, so that the pulp is formed from the top down, and then from the bottom up, forming a fierce rotation and upturning.
2. The pulp board, waste paper or damaged paper put into the hydrapulper is broken under continuous and repeated mechanical tearing and turbulence, and part of the unbroken paper and fiber bundles are further loosened between the impeller wing and the screen plate.
3. The special shape of the impeller wing tail has the effect of keeping the screen hole unblocked.
