Drum Pulper Working Process

1. The waste paper is sent to the upper hopper through the conveyor, and enters the pulping area of the drum pulper together with water and chemicals.
2. The scraper on the inner wall of the drum continuously picks up the waste paper and drops it on the hard drum wall at a certain height. The waste paper fibers are loosened through shearing force and friction.
3. The raw materials enter the perforation area for screening. The accept pulp enters the pulp tank through the screen holes, and the impurities continue to move forward and are completely discharged at the slag discharge port.
