The pneumatic two-lobed grapple is used in conjunction with the lifting equipment in the continuous pulping system to regularly salvage and capture the impurities in the hydraulic hydrpulper.
This type of grab is mainly composed of a cylinder, two bucket flaps, upper and lower support seats and tie rods. The lower support seat is driven by the cylinder piston rod to drive the opening and closing of the bucket to directly grab the impurities in the hydrapulper.
Directly grab huge amount of light impurities from the pulper’s barrel. reduce deslagging time, greatly improve the pulper working efficiency.
