2. Return press part: At the return of the wire part, set up a vacuum return press, the upper press roll is a rubber-coated metal roll, the lower press roll is a double-vacuum chamber vacuum return roll, and is equipped with a return press upper felt. The return press is a double felt press.
3. Press part: divided into first press, second press and third press. The first press is a vacuum press, the upper roll is a rubber-covered metal roll, the lower roll is a vacuum press roll, and is equipped with upper and lower felts; the second press and the third press are large-diameter presses, and each is equipped with two rubber-covered metal rolls. And with the felt, under the felt. The first press, second press, and third press are all equipped with felt guide rollers and felt suction boxes. The first press, second press, and third press are pressurized by corrugated pneumatic tires.
4. Drying part: Φ1500/Φ1800 drying cylinder, driven in groups, each group is equipped with a drying wire and a guide roller. Equipped with a semi-enclosed air hood.
5. Reeling part: Pneumatic horizontal reeling machine.
