Main Parts about The Coating Board Paper Machine

1. Headbox: five sets of open headboxes, corresponding to the surface layer wire, surface lining layer wire, core layer wire, bottom lining layer wire, and bottom layer wire.
2. Wire part: five stacks of wires, namely surface layer wire, surface lining layer wire, core layer wire, bottom lining layer wire, bottom layer wire and each is equipped with a forming wire.
3. Pressing part: divided into first pressing, second pressing and third pressing. The first and second presses are presses with large roller diameters. The third press is the gloss press.
4. Drying part: Φ1500/Φ1800 drying cylinder, group transmission, equipped with guide rollers and drying wire. Equipped with seal air hood.
5. In-machine coating: In-machine coating, equipped with two sets of coating heads on the front, a segmented hot air drying box, and two sets of gloss drying cylinders.
6. Calendering part: double-roller soft calender, the upper roller is a hard roller (metal roller), the lower roller is a soft roller (composite roller), and the pressure method is cylinder pneumatic tire pressure.
7. Reeling part: pneumatic horizontal paper reeling machine, the pressurization method is cylinder pressurization.
